Terms and Conditions

Prices :

I'm afraid we cannot give out set prices, as everyone's requirements for a cake will be different and therefore the prices will vastly differ. Please use the 'get a quote' page for help with the price of your cake. Thank you.

Deposits and Payments :

A non refundable is deposit is required for all cakes and treats. This secures your booking with us and of course also comes off the value of your cake. 

Quotes are only valid for 5 days. If after this time you decide to proceed with your booking then you may need an updated quote. 

Final payment is to be made before delivery or collection. If no payment is made then your cake will not be available to you. 

Payments for cakes are to be made via Bank Transfer Only.

Cancellations:

If you choose to cancel your cake then please let as know at the soonest possible time. 
If plenty of notice has been given then a full refund of deposit may be possible but in most cases only a partial refund will apply. 
If items for cake or cake itself has been started then no refunds will be issued.
If you have to postpone an event then we will do our best to accommodate  your new date. Please bear in mind this is not always possible.
If for any reason we have to cancel your order then you will be refunded in full.

Damages and Refunds

Once your cake has been delivered or you have collected your cake then we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur ( for example ) through mishandling or poor transportation.
We will always advise you how to best transport your cake and where to store your cake.
If any problems arise then please contact us before consuming the cake. 
We will require proof in photos or for the cake to be brought back to us for us to inspect.
If the cake has been consumed before we are alerted of any problem then no refunds will be issued.

Delivery and Collection

We do our best to deliver at the most convenient time to you, unfortunately this is not always possible.

If we have given you a time for delivery please ensure someone is available when we deliver. 

If for any reason you will be unavailable then please let us know at the earliest opportunity. 

We will not redeliver and your cake will become a collection. If not collected we will not refund costs of cake or delivery.

There is a deliver cost to cakes depending on how far we have to travel to deliver. This cost is non negotiable.
